The XIV Paralympic Winter Games will be held in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo from March 6 to 15, 2026, in the same locations that will host the XXV Olympic Winter Games. As with the Olympic Games, the awarding of the event to two cities jointly will be a first in the history of the event.
This is the third Paralympic event to be held in Italy after the 1960 summer edition in Rome and the 2006 winter edition in Turin.
