GENERAL CONDITIONS

1)ORDERS
The goods can be requested by:

b)online: list from web shop

Marvin SpA reserves the right to reject any request, in whole or in part, without providing an explanation. Upon confirmation of the order, the procedure becomes operational. Non-compliance of points 2 and 3 will causes the cancellation of the order.

The merchandise is not available at our administrative headquarters. The offices are closed to the public.

2)TERMS OF PAYMENT
a)Payment for purchase transactions is due within four working days of order confirmation. Without credit, the order is canceled.
b)Marvin SpA does not accept payments from third parties.
c)To ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism regulations, incoming payments are subject to approval. For large amounts we may require additional information or documents to clarify the source of the funds.
d)Marvin SpA does not accept Bit-coin payments but may be able to do it in the future.

3)PAYMENT SYSTEMS
a)BANK TRANSFER: no limit.

4)TERMS OF DELIVERY
Shipment of the order after receipt of payment and when good is available.

5)INFO
San Marino is EXTRA EU country ( like Andorra , Vatican City ,Swiss ect.)
Taxes and duties, including VAT where due, may be applied (applicable) depending on the transit and / or destination countries.
The ordering customer is solely responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes and duties that may be required by the competent authorities.
 
6) PRESALE
Orders for pre-sale issuances are all accepted on approval, transmitted to the relevant authority or market.
The amount paid by the applicant is collected as a "non-interest-bearing security deposit" and not as payment or confirmatory deposit.
After receiving the allocated quota, the sum will then be attributed as "sale receipt," a sales document will be issued, and any excess will be refunded.

7) PRODUCT INFORMATION
€2 coins, even commemorative ones, are industrially produced, packaged, and distributed by State Mints or Central Banks in rolls of 25 pieces or in bags. The “UNC” classification means uncirculated, but with all the imperfections that a coin may acquire during the minting and packaging process. No selection process by Marvin S.p.A. is provided for these coins under any circumstances.

3)PAYMENT SYSTEMS
a)BANK TRANSFER: no limit.
b)CASH: accepted only at our office and exclusively in €. The cash limit is € 9.999,00. 
Marvin SpA requests banknotes value of € 100 or less.

4)TERMS OF DELIVERY
a) Delivery in the Republic of San Marino, the buyer or a delegate can collect from our logistics, by appointment, at their own expense and responsibility.
b)Customs documents costs for Export by transport company.

 T1 euro 60.00 (No EU-Country)
Deposit of the 25% of the sale amount, refundable after submitting the copy Customs clearance . Failure to present the customs document by the recipient (within 8 days of issue, unless extended when permitted), entails an administrative penalty approximately equal to the deposit.

5)SHIPMENT BY POST
a)The customs declaration does not involve any additional charges.
b)International Insured Mail (max € 3.000). The rates change according to the weight (max 2 kg) and the destination country. (The service is not available for Germany). For Germany ask for conditions and service terms.
c)Colissimo international (max. 30 kg).

6)RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer is fully responsible for any risk of the transport, declares to know the regulations, and no claim can be charged to Marvin SpA. Transport costs are to be borne by the buyer.
 
For any disputes, the reference language is the Italian language and the competent court is that of the Republic of San Marino.
