Euro Set - Portugal - 2019 - 8 coins - BU

Official Coin set with 8 coins: from 1 cent to 2 euro, Brilliant Uncirculated.
The packaging designs take inspiration from the Alto Alentejo region stone-embedded pottery, made unique by the use of centuries-old decorative technique. The pieces are traditionally made by women and small pieces of quartz are embedded by hand into marks in the clay. This method is used to create pots, pitchers and other intricately decorated pieces that all share a basic function: to store fresh water for household or to quench the thirst of farm workers in the field.
