2 euro coin in roll dedicated to the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius, Brilliant Uncirculated. Vilnius is the most populated city in Lithuania and in 2009 it was declared “European Capital of the Culture” and still now-a-days represents the political, artistic and cultural status of the country. The coin depicts the St.John’s Church bell tower, a section of the St.Francis’ Church roof and in the background are shown St.Michael and Constantine and St. Catherine Churches. The edge lettering on the coin is “LAISVE, VIENYBE, GEROVE”, Lithuanian words that mean “Freedom, Unity and Prosperity”.
