 03. How to shop Your order (0)     


1) Choose the product and click to add to the cart

2) To confirm your shopping click on "your order" on the top of the page

3) Check the Items and the quantities you are buying

4) Select shipping destination Country

5) If you change some quantities, click "update" to register the new quantity

6) To enter the following page click "Confirm"

7) Fill-in the form and then "Submit your order"

8) You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the successful transaction

9) Coins will be sent within three days from payment confirmation of our Bank/Credit Card


1) Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, follow the instruction that you find in the e-mail of confirmation

2) Credit Card
If you choose to pay by Credit Card you can:
- fill-in the form with your credit card data
- transmit us by phone or by fax your credit card data (owner, number, expiry date)
The amount of your shopping will be charged automatically.

Your shipping/billing address must be your phyiscal delivery address (Post boxes not accepted)
Your shipping/billing address must be the address on your credit card statement.


- Prices
Prices are indicated as export prices, and do not include duties or taxes of the destination Country.
All sales to persons outside San Marino are exempt from San Marino Goods and Services Tax (GST). For San Marino domestic sales, products are subject to the standard GST.

- Currency
Transactions via may be carried out in Euro currency. Currency conversion rates used on our website may differ slightly from rates published elsewhere. If your purchasing currency is not your native currency, your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your credit card company at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your credit card provider.

- Payment Process
It is a strict policy of Marvin S.p.a. that all online purchases must be paid for prior to shipment of the products. No matter what the value.
Credit Card purchases are subject to an upper limit on value, and we reserve the right to change this limit from time to time.
We reserve the right to refuse / to accept Credit Cards on the basis of Country of Origin, issuing bank or upon the recommendation of our payment processor.
All purchases unable to be handled by Credit Card are to be paid by electronic Bank Transfer. Arrangements for this procedure can be made by contacting our customer service (see e-mail address in the page Contacts)

- Availability
All products in have their availability listed on the website. Stock has been specifically allocated for and stock levels are adjusted automatically. Any item that sells out may be available via a back order. Queries about back orders should be directed to our Customer service's e-mail or 00378/996188.
Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of products and services may change from time to time. In the event a particular product is sold out, Marvin S.p.a. reserves the right to either process partial orders and make refunds, or return orders in their entirety. Marvin S.p.a. retains title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.
The products ordered are reserved for 8 days in order to receive the payment. After this term, Marvin S.p.a. can decide to cancel the order without notice to the buyer.

- Ordering Goods
Orders can only be placed by people legally able to engage in a contract. Any order placed by you via is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on at the time you place your order. Marvin S.p.a. reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment.
Your ability to purchase products and services from may be terminated at any time by Marvin S.p.a. without notice. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts.

- Order Notification
Upon receipt of your order, Marvin S.p.a. will issue you with an email notification shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the total product and shipping charges, delivery address and shipping carrier. This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing.

- Shipping
There is one method available for shipping your order:
Registered Shipment (insured and traceable within the EU Countries)
This is the cheapest form of delivery as it will be via the general postal system. Orders by this shipment method are not insured nor traceable (insured and traceable within the EU Countries). Target delivery time is up to 10 working days within the EU Countries.
Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number. Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing. All orders are dispatched from Marvin S.p.a. during normal San Marino business hours.

Marvin S.p.a. reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time. Marvin S.p.a. reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination or option(s) it determines to be in its best interest.
You may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearances levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country, these charges are not included in the price. You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees.

- Insurance
Insurance is included in the shipping costs for EU countries.

- Cancellations
Orders for products that are in stock and orders for any item in backorder status will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.

- Return and Exchanges
If the coin do not correspond to the description, please return it within fourteen days from reception for an exchange, if possible. Unfortunately delivery and handling charges are not refundable. Marvin S.p.A will not accept partial returns nor will it issue partial refunds.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you return your order by insured mail and save the receipt for your records. Marvin S.p.A is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Returns are acceptable only if the coin do not respond to the characteristics given in the description.
Returns are not possible for coins made of precious metals, or because the packaging is damaged.
Returns are not possible when the supply concerns goods for which prices are subject to market fluctuation which Marvin S.p.a is not able to influence and which can happen during the return period of fourteen days. Same provision applies for those products which have been produced on demand, or which contain element of personalisations.

- Complaints
Marvin S.p.a. has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be emailed to the customer sevice (see e-mail address at the page Contacts).
A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.

- Privacy (L 70/95)
Marvin S.p.A is committed to ensuring your privacy and all information collected will only be done so for Marvin S.p.A business purposes.
Marvin S.p.A does not share customer details with third parties without your express permission.
Our membership registration is free of charge, and you are under no obligation to purchase. We may use your purchase history to help determine what else might be of interest to you.
As a registered member, you will occasionally receive e-mail updates about Marvin S.p.A services, products and website information. If you would rather not receive this information, you can easily unsubscribe by logging in to our newsletter. We may share aggregate statistics about our sales, traffic patterns and related site information with other businesses, but these statistics include no personally identifying information.

- Jurisdiction
Marvin S.p.a. is based in Faetano, San Marino Republic and operates within the normal laws of commerce under San Marino business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions. Any disputes will be held under San Marino Law in a San Marino Court of Law.
